Maternal age is the important factor associated with the ability of a woman to conceive. A decline of healthy eggs with age, the ability of the ovary to perform normal functions, chromosomal abnormalities risk, and unsuccessful implantation are some other important factors.

The likelihood of having a successful pregnancy starts decreasing in the early 30s. This is a minimal decline as the rate of fertility reduces with the passage of time and age. Physicians recommend that women with the age of 35 or more should try to pursue a fertility evaluation.

If conception does not occur with the time then couples below the age of 35 should consider evaluation. Some other factors that play a role in causing infertility are uterine fibroids and endometriosis. Many people conceive healthy children with these conditions.

But some of them conceive children with a greater level of trouble. Another important factor for women is weight. Women with overweight may have decreased fertility. The risk of miscarriage becomes increases if you have overweight issues.
